What we collect from customers

When you order, we collect your name, email address, the industry and zip code you request, and payment details. Payment card information is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To build and deliver your lead list by email.
• To process payment and, where applicable, adjust the final charge.
• To keep order records and respond to support or guarantee requests.

We do not sell customer information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service, including Stripe (payments), email delivery providers, cloud automation and data-processing tools, and Anthropic, which powers the chat assistant on our website. Please do not enter sensitive information in the chat. They process data only to provide their services to us.

Business data in our lists

Lead lists contain publicly available business information only, such as company names, business phone numbers, websites and role-based business emails. We do not include personal or named-individual email addresses. A business that wants its listing excluded from future lists can email us and we will remove it.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, legal and support purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your customer information by emailing datarrays@gmail.com.
