Do my customers know they're talking to AI?
Yes. The chat says it's an AI assistant. It answers only from the facts you approve, and if it doesn't know something, it offers to book or points them to your phone number instead of guessing.
Will it make up prices or promises?
No. It only states prices, guarantees and policies that you've written into its facts. Anything else gets "a team member will confirm" plus a booking or call option.
Does it confirm appointments automatically?
It takes booking requests at the customer's preferred day and time. You (or your team) confirm with a quick call. Most owners prefer this, since it avoids double-booking.
How is it installed?
With one line of code pasted into your website's settings. It works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow and most site builders. We can install it for you or send instructions to your web person.
What do I need to provide?
Your services, service area, hours, policies and common questions (we send a short questionnaire), the email address for booking alerts, and a shared Google Calendar.
I don't have a website. Can I still use it?
Yes. Every plan can use your own booking page with your name, hours, service area and the assistant ready to book, plus a QR code. Put the link on your Google Business Profile, Facebook "Book now" button and Instagram bio, and print the QR code on cards, flyers and signs. See an example.
Where else can customers use it?
Anywhere you can share a link or print a QR code: Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, Nextdoor, Angi, Thumbtack, email signatures, invoices, voicemail greetings, business cards, flyers, yard signs and truck wraps. Messenger, WhatsApp, text messages and AI phone answering are on our roadmap.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It's month-to-month with no long contract. Your booking log spreadsheet is yours to keep.
What about my customers' data?
Booking details are sent only to you (email, calendar and your spreadsheet) and stored securely on our servers. We don't sell or share them. See our Privacy Policy.
